AI Opportunity Audit

Find where AI actually saves you hours — and where it does not.

For you if: You keep hearing you should “use AI” but have no idea where to start.

I sit with how your business actually runs — the quoting, the intake, the reporting, the admin that eats your week — and work out which parts AI can genuinely take off your hands. You get a prioritized list, honestly ranked by effort against payoff, including the things I think you should leave alone.

What you get

  • A walkthrough of your day-to-day workflows
  • A prioritized list of opportunities, ranked by effort vs. payoff
  • Clear notes on what to skip, and why
  • A recommended first project you could start immediately

Workflow Automation

You already know the bottleneck. I build the thing that fixes it.

For you if: There is one job in your week that everyone dreads. You want it gone.

Document handling, quote generation, customer intake, chasing invoices, turning messy notes into something useful — the repetitive work that is too small to hire for and too slow to ignore. I build it, test it against your real work, and make sure your team can actually run it without me.

What you get

  • A working automation built around your real process
  • Tested against your actual documents and data, not a demo
  • Handover so your team can run and adjust it
  • A plain-language guide to what it does and how to fix it

Team Training

Get your team genuinely capable, not just curious.

For you if: Your team has access to AI tools and is barely scratching the surface.

Most AI training is a generic demo that nobody remembers on Monday. I run sessions using your actual work — your emails, your documents, your customers — so people leave having already done the thing, not having watched someone else do it. Practical, hands-on, and pitched at whatever level the room is at.

What you get

  • Hands-on sessions built around your real work
  • Prompt patterns your team will keep using
  • A reference sheet they can actually refer back to
  • Honest guidance on where the tools fall down

Fractional AI Advisor

Someone in your corner as the ground keeps shifting.

For you if: You want ongoing guidance without hiring a full-time technical lead.

The tooling changes every few months and most of the noise is irrelevant to a business your size. On a recurring basis I help you decide what to adopt, sanity-check vendors before you sign, review what your team is building, and flag the handful of developments that genuinely matter to you.

What you get

  • Regular sessions on a recurring basis
  • A second opinion before you commit to any vendor or tool
  • Review of what your team is building
  • A filter on the noise — only what is relevant to you

How it works

01

We talk

A short call about what is slow, repetitive or frustrating in your business. No charge, and no obligation to do anything afterwards.

02

I come back with a plan

Where AI genuinely helps you, where it does not, and what I would do first. Written so you can act on it whether or not you hire me.

03

We build, or I advise

Pick what is worth doing. I either build it with you or stay on hand while your team does. Your call.

Fair questions

We are a small business. Are we too small for this?

Small businesses are the point. You do not have an IT department to absorb this work, which is exactly why a few hours saved each week matters more to you than it does to a company with three hundred staff. Most of the useful work here is small and specific, not a transformation program.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, and I would rather quote honestly than publish a number that means nothing. The audit is fixed-scope, so you know the cost before you commit. Builds and advisory are quoted once I understand what is involved. The intro call costs nothing.

Is this going to replace my staff?

That is not what I am selling. The work I do removes the admin that stops your people doing the job you hired them for. If your goal is headcount reduction, I am probably not the right person to call.

How technical do we need to be?

Not at all. If you can describe how your business runs, that is the hard part. Anything I build gets handed over in plain language, and training is pitched at whatever level the room is at.

What about our data?

A fair concern, and the honest answer is that it depends on the tool. Part of my job is telling you which tools are appropriate for your data and which are not — including when the answer is that a particular job should not be sent to an AI tool at all.

Still not sure which of these you need?

Most people aren't at this stage. Tell me what's frustrating you and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
